Restorative yoga promotes physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Using props and Reiki (therapeutic energy exchange through hands and intention), make it easier to deeply relax your body and mind.
Level 1 covers the basic Hatha yoga postures, combined with measured breath and mindful awareness of the body, mind, and heart connection.
A gentle hatha and vinyasa practice. Postures and sequences are performed at a gentle pace, keeping the breath smooth and even. The class combines movement with breath and meditation. All classes include breath work and meditation.
